The UVee StripLight Aero is an intelligently controlled overhead black light for wash stations, used for fluorescent penetrant testing and fluorescent magnetic particle inspection.
ITECP embedded controller
Every UVee lamp has an ITECP embedded controller processing unit, which gives:
- Far tighter control of luminous output
- Compensation for LED temperature, so UV output stays at the required level
- Full power and stable output in less than three seconds
Certified for aerospace NDT
Total compliance with ASTM E3022, Rolls-Royce RRES 90061 and Airbus AITM6-1001. Every lamp is supplied with a manufacturer’s certificate of conformance for use with fluorescent liquid penetrant and magnetic particle testing, plus a full set of conformance documents and validation reports for Nadcap audits.
